This
tough decision has been made as the location at Serdang is very strategic
compared to the other two which near to many education center such as UPM,
MARDI, UNITEN, IUKL, INSPEN, KPTM BANGI, UNIKL MFI and KOLEJ BAITULMAL.
Therefore, the main target customer is student but the company also opens for
public people to rent the car just the price a bit pricy compared to student’s
price. This strategic position is a golden opportunity for the company to grab
the customer from various nearby areas such as Kajang, Bangi, Putrajaya, Nilai
and Sungai Besi. As there is a demand for delivery service, the company once
again grabs the chance to expand the service provided to facilitate the
customers. The rate stated for delivery service based on the distance of
location and free charges for the customers who rented the car from company. As
for now the company has almost 100 cars for rental such
as Perodua Viva, Alza, Axia and Myvi. The amount of cars will increase in
future as the business growth day by day.

ReplyDeletesaya bercadang ingin membuka parking lot kereta kerana rumah saya berhampiran atau bersebelahan klia dan juga sepang circuit, anggaran kereta dilot saya ialah hampir 100 buah boleh dimuatkan....saya mohon pandangan kak rosma apa yg perlua saya buat untuk permulaan awal.
